About Qulturum
Qulturum is a center for developing the knowledge of improvement and renewal in healthcare.
We deal with development and improvement concerning patients, co-operation, interprofessional teams, management and the organization of healthcare.
We focus especially on these strategic areas that we in Jönköping county know are the most important to improve in health care:
- Learning an innovation (including leading and leadership)
- Access and how we treat our patients with respect and caring
- Prevention and Self-care
- Cooperation and flow
- Clinical improvement
- Patient safety
- Medication
- Good financies and Reliability
Working within these areas we increase the value for patients and population.
Qulturum is the Develop department at Jonkoping County Council and we work in healthcare in the Southeast Helthcare Region in Sweden and also with teams from the whole country.
Qulturum is also one part in a partnership between Qulturum/Jonkoping County Council and The Swedish Pharmacy Federation.
We also have close connections with Institute for Healthcare Improvements in Boston (IHI), Dartmouth Medical School and clinicalmicrosystem.org and other organizations working with improvements in healthcare and learning.
